Function of filter

A filter is a small device that removes a small amount of solid particles from the liquid and protects the normal operation of compressors, pumps, meters and other equipment. When the fluid enters a filter cartridge with a certain size of filter mesh, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the outlet of the filter. When cleaning is needed, the removable filter is only needed. The cartridge is removed and reloaded after processing, so it is very convenient to use and maintain. Garbage debris in pipelines often causes damage to equipment, such as scale, rust, composite sealant, cinder and other solid particles may enter the pipeline system, in order to prevent the adverse effects of dust and particles contained in the fluid on equipment, filter is often used in the pipeline. In order to prevent the pump from the construction waste left in the pipeline, the upper reaches of the pump can be equipped with a filter device. Filters can filter out solids in liquids or gases to protect equipment from damage and prevent pipeline blockage.

The filter flow surface is equipped with a filter screen, when the liquid passes through, most of the impurities will be blocked by the filter screen. Filters need to be regularly cleaned to prevent clogging.

Filter principle

Filter is a kind of filter device which can decompose the impurities in the medium. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, accurate filter, automatic and easy operation.

The filter adopts a high intensity wedge filter, and automatically filters the filter element through differential pressure control and timing control. When the impurities accumulate on the surface of the filter element causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to increase to a set value, or when the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends out a signal to drive the backwash mechanism. When the backwash sucker orifice is opposite to the filter core inlet, the blowdown valve opens. At this time, the system relieves pressure and drains. A negative pressure area appears between the sucker and the filter core, where the relative pressure is lower than the water pressure outside the filter core. Inside and drain from the drain valve. Specially designed screens allow spraying inside the filter element, and any impurities are washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the setting time of the timer ends, during the whole process, the material is continuously flowing and the water consumption of the backwashing is small, thus realizing continuous and automatic production.
