Structural characteristics

The integrated WY series decompression and temperature reducing device is a kind of decompression and temperature reducing device which has been designed and manufactured by our company for many years.

The integrated WY series temperature and pressure reducing device is composed of pressure reducing system (temperature and pressure reducing valve, throttle orifice plate, etc.), temperature reducing system (high pressure differential feed water regulating valve, throttle valve, etc.), safety protection device (safety valve, check valve) and so on. The main features are as follows:

1. Adopting temperature and pressure reducing valve, the length of the whole set of equipment is greatly shortened, the area occupied is reduced, and the project investment is reduced.

2. A throttle net cover is installed in the temperature and pressure reducing valve to enhance the atomization effect of the temperature reducing water, protect the valve seat and body, prolong the service life of the valve, and reduce the noise of the device.

3. Temperature control system adopts high pressure differential feed water control valve, which not only reduces the leakage in the valve, but also omits the return water branch of the feed water distribution valve in the traditional structure of the device, and facilitates the layout of the device.

4. The same caliber high pressure differential feed water control valve has different flow coefficient Cv value to choose, which greatly improves the regulation sensitivity and accuracy of the temperature control system.

5. Temperature and pressure reducing valve and feed water regulating valve are equipped with straight stroke actuator, which removes the traditional lever hinge mechanism, reduces the empty stroke of the intermediate link, and further improves the sensitivity and accuracy of the regulating system.

6. Pneumatic membrane actuator is used in temperature and pressure reducing valve and water supply regulating valve, which meets the needs of special users and has the advantage of making full use of energy.

Main performance indicators

1. the inlet steam pressure P1 is less than 5.4MPa, T1 is less than 485 degrees.

2. Outlet flow Q: The variation range of outlet flow Q is 10% Q to 100% Q, and the regulation is ideal in this range. If there are any special requirements, it can be agreed with our technical department.

3. outlet steam pressure P2: outlet steam pressure P2 accuracy of not less than 2.5 level.

4. outlet steam temperature T2: outlet steam temperature T2 adjustment accuracy is not less than 2.5 level.

5. Noise: When the device is in normal operation, measure the noise one meter downstream of the reducing temperature and pressure valve and one meter away from the pipe wall. The noise level is not more than 85 dB.
