Q47F fixed ball valve has two-block and three-block valve body structure, the middle flange bolted, sealed with reinforced PTFE inlaid in stainless steel ring, ring back without spring to ensure that the valve seat close to the ball, keep sealed. There is no PTFE bearing on the upper and lower stem, reducing friction and labor-saving operation. There is no adjusting plate at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the joint position between the ball and the sealing ring. Full diameter: valve flow aperture is consistent with inner diameter of pipeline, so that pipeline can be cleaned.
Applicable medium: water, gas, oil, natural gas and acid alkali corrosive medium.
Applicable temperature: -196 ~ 350 C
Driving mode: manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and so on.

Product features of fixed ball valves
(1) Labor-saving operation: the sphere is supported by upper and lower bearings to reduce friction, eliminating excessive torque caused by the enormous sealing load formed by the imported pressure pushing the sphere and the seal seat.
(2) Reliable sealing performance: PTFE single material seal ring embedded in the stainless steel valve seat, metal valve seat end with spring to ensure sufficient preload sealing ring, valve in the use of the process of wear and tear sealing surface, under the action of the spring valve to continue to ensure good sealing performance.
(3) Fire-proof structure: In order to prevent PTFE seal ring from burning down and large leakage due to sudden heat or fire, and to encourage fire, a fire-proof seal ring is arranged between the ball and the valve seat. When the seal ring is burned down, the valve seat seal ring is rapidly pushed to the ball under the action of spring force, forming a metal and metal seal. Seal, to a certain degree of sealing effect. The fire test meets the requirements of APl6FA and APl607 standards.
(4) Automatic pressure relief function: when the dielectric pressure in the valve cavity is abnormally high and exceeds the spring preload, the valve seat will retreat from the sphere to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief, and the valve seat will automatically reset after pressure relief.
(5) Discharge pipeline: Valve body is set up above and below the discharge L, can check whether the valve seat leakage, in the work, when the valve is fully open or closed, unload the pressure in the cavity, can directly replace the filler; can discharge the cavity residue, reduce the media pollution to the valve. (6) The valve is designed with an auxiliary seat emergency sealing system. Once the seal is damaged or the emergency situation occurs and can not be sealed, the sealing surface can be repaired by injecting the corresponding sealant into the sealing surface through the auxiliary sealing system to achieve emergency sealing. When the conveying medium is dirty or contains a small amount of particles, in order to protect the sealing surface and ensure reliable sealing, the device can also be injected with the corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant to clean the sealing surface.
(7) Electric fixed ball valves are widely used for cutting off or circulating the medium of transportation pipelines such as food, medicine, petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, steel, environmental protection, paper making, etc. The corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant can be injected into the device to clean the sealing surface.
