Electric V-type regulating ball valve is a kind of rotary ball valve with metal or metal-to-polytetrafluoroethylene seals. It combines the best control characteristics of the ball valve and butterfly valve, and can be used as both control valve and shutoff valve.
Characteristic
(1) The integral valve body without any pipe fittings is not affected by pipe or bolt stress, and because the valve body has no pipe fittings, the pressure shell is not affected by "sudden change" of pressure;
(2) It has a V-type valve body, which can ensure the accuracy of control in the whole range even in the case of small flow rate or high viscosity medium.
(3) The leak-proof and durable seat is lined with PTFE cup or O-ring with stainless steel inner core at its outer diameter. The seat is made of tungsten-cobalt cemented carbide with larger cross-section. The structure of the seat is further enhanced by an alloy corrugated spring.
(4) When the valve is closed, a wedge-shaped shearing action occurs between the V-notch and the valve seat, which has the function of self-cleaning and prevents the ball core from jamming. It is especially suitable for pipeline frozen or containing fiber and particle solids.

The electric V type ball valve is suitable for occasions with high viscosity, suspension, pulp and other unclean, medium containing fibers. Connecting directly with the actuator has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, small resistance, stable and reliable operation. The actuator is equipped with UNIC, PSQ, HQ, DHL and other electronic actuators or pneumatic piston actuators such as GTX, AL according to user requirements.
